Who You Are A strategic, credible, and hands-on HR leader with strong business acumen, leadership capability, and deep understanding of the people implications of operating in a global semiconductor business. You bring strong experience in labor relations, HR operations, and country HR leadership, combined with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders in a complex matrix environment. Your Role: Senior HR leader for the United States within the Electronics business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany and member of the Electronics HR Leadership Team. Lead the HR agenda for an organization of approximately 2,000 employees in the US and manage a team of 5 direct reports. Drive the country people agenda across organization effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, succession, leadership development, employee relations, and change management. Act as strategic HR partner to senior leaders in the US, ensuring strong alignment between business priorities, country needs, and people strategies.
