Remote Call Center Representative - Medicaid Support

Location: Hawaii (Remote after training)

Pay Rate: $25.96/hour

Contract Length: 5 Years

Training Location: Kapolei, HI (First week onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to support Medicaid Eligibility Operations and community engagement initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will assist applicants by handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information, updating records, and ensuring accurate documentation within company systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service and call center experience who want to make a positive impact serving Hawaii residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all required training

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls using company-provided equipment and systems

  • Follow approved scripts and procedures when assisting callers

  • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service

  • Support Medicaid Eligibility Operations and related program activities

  • Perform assigned administrative and operational support tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry

  • Ability to follow established processes, scripts, and procedures

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Experience supporting healthcare, benefits, or customer support programs is a plus

Work Environment

  • First week of training is onsite in Kapolei, Hawaii

  • Fully remote following successful completion of training

  • Company-provided equipment and systems

  • Standard business hours with a professional remote work setting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Kapolei, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.96 - $25.96/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
