As a Vice President, Field Marketing at JPMorganChase within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's Field Marketing team, you will own the marketing strategy and execution for our high net worth channel, a network of approximately 600 advisors serving affluent and high-net-worth clients across the country. • Manage advisor meeting cadence, outreach tracking, and follow-through to ensure consistent and high-quality marketing support across the channel

  • Oversee advisor business reporting and marketing history analysis to prepare the team for key advisor meetings and leadership reviews

  • Build and maintain dashboards and channel performance reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership

  • Guide the maintenance of intake forms, collateral databases, and recertification timelines for bios, photography, and marketing materials

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across digital, social media, content, and public relations to drive advisor email, newsletter, and engagement initiatives

  • Mentor Associates on the team, supporting their professional development and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture

  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects and new program development that advance the Field Marketing function across the broader organization

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex marketing projects or client and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously

  • Proven data fluency with the ability to translate metrics and reporting into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt style and approach for diverse audiences, including senior leadership

  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior colleagues with a collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similarly regulated industry

  • Familiarity with advisor-facing or client-facing marketing programs, including personalized collateral, digital presence, or pitch materials

  • Experience building or refining reporting dashboards and channel performance frameworks
