Required Skills and Qualifications: - Masters degree in a relevant discipline (Public Health, Economics, Sociology, Public Policy, Research Methods, Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Family Studies, or related social science) required; or a bachelors degree plus 3-5 years of social science research experience and formal study of quantitative analysis methods. - Two or more years of demonstrated experience with quantitative research methods and statistical analysis, including longitudinal or survey data; experience supporting randomized controlled trials or experimental evaluation designs is a plus. - Demonstrated proficiency in Stata or R required; experience running descriptive analyses, regression models, and impact analyses is essential. Familiarity with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms and comfort monitoring data quality and missingness are strongly preferred. - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., formul s, lookups, pivot tables). - Experience with data visualization (e.g., Excel graphs and figures, Power BI, Tableau, ggplot2, Shiny). - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and task management skills; ability to manage recurring data responsibilities reliably across multiple concurrent projects. - Strong project management skills; ability to track deliverables, anticipate issues, and communicate proactively with project leads. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to both provide and take direction. - Demonstrated interest in research topics related to sexual and reproductive health. Desired, but not required qualifications - Experience contributing to methodological designs and decision-making. - Experience with data collection (e.g., surveys, interviews) and data management, preferably in applied settings, including recruiting, tracking, or retaining research participants. - Experience contributing to research proposals or grant/contract deliverables. - Experience with qualitative analysis software (e.g., Dedoose, NVivo). - Experience with Python and/or SQL; experience with or interest in learning Git and GitHub. - Experience working with clients (e.g., state administrators, federal or philanthropic project officers).
