Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. What You'll Do
CoreWeave is seeking a creative, high-energy Field Enablement Specialist to produce the internal stories, videos, and communications that connect and educate our Global Field Organization (GFO). The GFO brings together Sales, Solutions Engineering, Field Engineering, Technical Account Management, and Sales Development teams across every region, and it is on track to grow significantly in 2027. Reporting to the Field Readiness leader within Revenue Operations, you will create internal, team-facing content that does two jobs at once.
-
Field connection and community. In partnership with HR and the People team, help create positive energy, a sense of belonging, and real connection across teams, roles, and time zones by celebrating people, milestones, and the moments that make the GFO one team.
-
Educate the field. Turn our wins, customers, and use cases into engaging learning content, so team members understand why customers choose CoreWeave, how deals were won, and how to repeat that success. This content becomes part of the broader field readiness and training curriculum.
This is a hands-on creative role at a pivotal moment for CoreWeave. You will take a story from first idea to finished piece: writing the script, directing and shooting the video, editing the final cut, and publishing it where the field actually lives, across Slack, video, live and virtual events, and our learning programs. You'll bring a producer's craft, a teacher's instinct for making complex topics stick, and a community builder's warmth, with the startup mindset, agility, and bias for action that define CoreWeave. You will partner closely with HR and the People team, field leaders, Field Readiness and enablement teams, and Marketing, aligning field content with company-wide engagement programs so that every team member feels part of one GFO and knows the stories behind our success.
Key Responsibilities
Field Connection & Community
-
Field Community Programs: Plan and run GFO-specific engagement initiatives in partnership with HR, complementing company-wide programs and helping put field-focused actions into practice.
-
Slack & Internal Communications: Influence the GFO's community channels and editorial calendar. Write timely, engaging posts that celebrate wins, introduce new team members, and keep a fast-growing, globally distributed org connected and informed.
-
Recognition & Spotlights: Build repeatable formats that put field team members at the center of the story, such as wins of the week, OneTeam moments, milestone celebrations, and new-hire introductions, complementing company-wide recognition programs led by HR, so recognition is visible, frequent, and fair across regions and roles.
-
Events & Moments That Matter: Help plan and produce community moments across the field calendar, in coordination with HR and the People team, including all-hands segments, quarterly kickoffs, recognition and awards programs, regional meetups, and virtual community events. Contribute content and creative to Sales Kickoff and other flagship gatherings.
Education & Field Learning (Internal)
-
Win Stories & Customer Spotlights: Interview account teams and capture deal and customer win stories, then turn them into short, engaging videos and posts that explain the customer's problem, why they chose CoreWeave, how the team won, and what others can reuse.
-
Educational & Training Content: Script and produce learning videos and micro-content on customers, use cases, products, and field best practices, designed for the way busy sellers and engineers actually learn: short, visual, and memorable.
-
Curriculum Integration: Partner with Field Readiness and enablement teams to fit content into the broader field curriculum, including onboarding, ongoing learning paths, and launch readiness, so each piece has a clear learning objective and a home where people can find it later.
-
Subject Matter Expert Collaboration: Work with sellers, solutions and field engineers, product leaders, and executives to turn technical and commercial expertise into clear, accurate, and engaging content, coaching on-camera talent so they come across as natural and confident.
Production & Operations
-
End-to-End Video Production: Lead every stage of production, including concept, script writing, storyboarding, directing, filming, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery, across both community and learning content.
-
Content Operations & Brand Consistency: Maintain a library of reusable templates, footage, and assets that reflect the CoreWeave brand, and build lightweight processes so content ships quickly and consistently without sacrificing quality. Follow confidentiality guidelines for customer and deal information in all internal content.
-
Measurement & Iteration: Track reach, engagement, completion, and feedback across channels and learning programs, and use what you learn to improve formats over time.
Who You Are
-
Bachelor's degree (completed or expected by your start date) in Communications, Marketing, Psychology or another social science, Film/Video Production, Journalism, or a related field. This is an entry-level role for new college graduates.
-
Leadership or creative experience through extracurricular activities, such as student organizations, student media, philanthropy, or campus events, where you created content, managed social media, built community, or ran events.
-
Experience creating videos, photos, or social media content that informs and engages an audience, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva. Please share a portfolio or examples of your work, including social media channels you have managed.
-
Strong, energetic writer who can explain ideas simply and adapt tone for different audiences.
-
Self-starter and people person who takes initiative, builds trust quickly, and learns fast in a fast-moving environment.
-
Event planning experience and an interest in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or technology are a plus.
