Ready to shape the future of our Dynamics 365 environment by transforming business requirements into innovative, enterprise-wide solutions? The Lottery is hiring one (1) D365 Senior System Analyst to join the team in a remote role.

About the Role
You will report to the Manager, Business Systems Analysis and play a key role in shaping and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Partnering with business stakeholders across the organization, you will analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance, and design solutions that deliver measurable value. You will lead business systems analysis efforts for Dynamics 365, enterprise integrations, and strategic initiatives, translating business needs into effective technical solutions while guiding stakeholders through ambiguity and change. Your work will help drive operational excellence, informed decision-making, and the achievement of organizational priorities.

Lead advanced business systems analysis efforts that inform solution direction in enterprise applications, integrations, data solutions, reporting environments, and organizational technology initiatives.

Lead complex requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution evaluation, and operational improvement efforts across multiple functional areas.

Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned enterprise systems, business processes, integrations, data environments, and technology solutions.

Provide analytical leadership on cross-functional projects, system implementations, enhancement initiatives, testing strategies, and operational readiness activities.

Evaluate organizational needs, operational risks, and system capabilities to recommend strategic technology and process improvement solutions.
-
Engage leadership, stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project teams to influence decision-making and alignment with enterprise objectives and organizational priorities.
-
Oversee complex issue analysis, root cause identification, escalation support, and resolution activities related to enterprise systems and operational processes.

Develop and maintain advanced business and technical documentation, workflow models, operational procedures, and system standards.

Support governance, compliance, change management, and process standardization activities related to enterprise systems and technology operations.

Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and functional leadership to analysts, project teams, and stakeholders.

Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

Lead enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives.

Be the Product Owner or work in a similar product leadership role for enterprise business systems and platforms.
You Have:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of prior analyst and related IT experience in complex environments. Experience with Project Management methodologies and working on large project teams; OR

Eight (8) years of prior analyst and related IT experience in complex environments. Experience with Project Management methodologies and working on large project teams.
