Experience Requirements * 2+ years of experience supporting industrial automation, process control, or control systems. * 2+ years of experience with PLCs, DCS systems, industrial networking, or system integration. * Ability to travel up to 50% to customer and project sites. * Must reside within 50 miles of West Valley City, UT. Preferred Qualifications * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Experience with commissioning, startup, maintenance, and support of automation systems. * Excellent customer service, communication, and technical documentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Job Duties * Install, configure, commission, and support industrial automation and control systems. * Troubleshoot PLC, DCS, networking, instrumentation, and system integration issues. * Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and system optimizations. * Support customer operations through onsite and remote technical assistance. * Complete engineering documentation, reports, and project deliverables. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards. * Provide after-hours support when required.
