Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of website maintenance and redesign initiatives.

• Act as the primary point of accountability for project delivery, priorities, and stakeholder communication.

• Lead ticket intake, prioritization, and routing to ensure work is assigned and resolved efficiently.

• Facilitate discussions involving technical, content, and operational requirements.

• Drive decision-making by identifying ownership, recommendations, timelines, and next steps.

• Manage project risks, escalations, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.

• Ensure adherence to communication processes, SLAs, and escalation procedures.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on priorities and deliverables.

• Provide status updates and visibility into project progress for key stakeholders.

• Proven ability to drive accountability, resolve ambiguity, and move initiatives forward.

• Experience working within ticketing and project management systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Stanford, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $85.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
