Hydraulics Quality Technician

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for an experienced Hydraulics QA Inspector in the Boca Raton, FL area. This position is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with experience in aerospace, defense, CNC machining, or precision manufacturing .

The QA Inspector will be responsible for inspecting precision manufactured parts, subassemblies, and completed assemblies to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of precision manufactured components

• Use inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, thread gauges, and other precision measuring tools

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections

• Inspect parts and assemblies for compliance with specifications and quality standards

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records

• Identify and document nonconforming or rejected material

• Ensure measuring and inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated

• Follow established quality procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1–3+ years of QA/QC inspection experience , preferably within aerospace, defense, CNC machining, or a precision machine shop

• Hands-on experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and precision measuring instruments

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

• Strong understanding of dimensional tolerances

• CMM, optical comparator, profilometer, or similar inspection-equipment experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience highly preferred

QA Inspector – Precision Manufacturing

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Schedule: Full-Time, 6am-2:30pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: $24 - $25 per hour
