The Program

The Presidential Management Associate (PMA) and Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Programs are part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. They are two-year rotational programs specially designed for MBA and Master’s graduates.

• Presidential Management Associate level: MBA with over five years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies

• Senior Presidential Associate level: MBA or Master’s with one-to-four years full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies. (ie. four years and eleven months would be considered at the SrPA level)

• Marketing

• Online

• Finance

• Global Supply Chain

Marketing

The Marketing track provides participants with exposure to key areas of consumer, product, and digital marketing. The Marketing PMA/SrPA will interact with senior executives within our powerhouse brands and functions. Participants will also gain exposure to the global marketing strategy of the organization and how it is implemented throughout the regions and affiliates. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of ELC brand marketing calendars and competitive analysis.

Online

The Online track focuses on the increasingly important role of e/m-commerce and digital innovation in today’s retail landscape. The Online PMA/SrPA will be exposed to various functions within our organization with a focus on online commercial programming, site merchandising and analytics, and online marketing across brand.com and retailer.com. There will be a particular focus on emerging channels such as Amazon and TikTok Shop, which are fast-growing areas of the business.

Finance

The Finance track provides customized rotations across Global Brands, Regional Finance, and Corporate Finance, that will enable participants to gain hands-on experience in key financial functions. Key focus areas include Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting & Controllership, and New Business Development.

Global Supply Chain

The Global Supply Chain track focuses on areas including manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution. The Global Supply Chain PMA/SrPA will gain exposure to strategic sourcing, tactical purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, global planning, and production scheduling.

Post-Program Placement

Upon successful completion of the program,

• Presidential Management Associates are considered for Director-level roles

• Senior Presidential Associates are considered for Manager-level roles

This placement is based on existing business needs, employee evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.

Compensation

• The anticipated salary: - Presidential Management Associate: $130,000; Senior Presidential Associate: $100,000-110,000

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s degree (graduating December 2026 through August 2027)
