Experience Required
1–2 years of IT field experience. Candidates with strong technical aptitude, customer service skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Education Required
High school diploma or GED. Relevant IT coursework, technical training, or an associate degree is preferred.
License(s) Required
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
Training Required/Provided
On-the-job training in IT support procedures, troubleshooting, ticketing systems, client service standards, and company tools. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ are preferred but not required.

Job Description
Job Description: IT Field Technician
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Field Technician to perform technology installations and deployment projects at corporate client locations. This role focuses on hands-on field work, including equipment installation, structured cabling, hardware deployment, and technology upgrades across a variety of business environments.
Responsibilities include installing and replacing point-of-sale (POS) devices, running and terminating network cables, installing network and computer equipment, deploying workstations and peripherals, mounting hardware, following project specifications, testing installed equipment, and documenting completed work. Technicians must follow client procedures, meet project deadlines, maintain professional conduct on-site, and coordinate with project managers and other field personnel.
Qualifications: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, cabling, and electronic equipment installation. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to follow technical instructions are essential. Candidates must be comfortable working at different client locations, handling physical installation tasks, and working independently or as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Previous field installation experience, structured cabling experience, and relevant technical certifications are preferred.
