Full job description

Mentor, oversee and work closely with high risk/violent youth offendersSchedule and provide supervision of individual and group activitiesWrites court reports, parole summaries, treatment plans, and supervision standardsAssist with teaching a variety of pro-social, academic and vocational skillsImplement specialized treatment plansCo-facilitate individual, family or group sessions with a Licensed Mental Health PractitionerPass the Integrated Crisis Response (ICR) intervention program within 90 days of employment. Provide crisis intervention when necessaryResolve potentially dangerous situations to ensure the safety of staff, clients or the publicTransport youthCommunicate information and ideas clearly and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writingSpeak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally
