AEM Solutions Engineer Lead

Corporate Hiring Solutions Inc. is hiring an experienced AEM Solutions Engineer Lead to lead development and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for a large-scale digital platform. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and ensuring high performance and scalability of AEM applications. Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Duration:12 MonthsSchedule: MondayFriday, 35 hours/week Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations * Lead AEM development activities and guide technical direction * Manage and support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and testing * Troubleshoot performance, caching, and dispatcher-related issues * Work with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards * Mentor junior developers and support team development * Integrate AEM with third-party systems (CRM, DAM, APIs, analytics tools) * Monitor system performance and resolve production issues# Required Qualifications * 8+ years of experience in AEM development * Strong experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Sling, and workflows * Expertise in Java, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Experience with Dispatcher configuration, caching, and performance tuning * Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc.) * Experience deploying AEM in cloud and on-prem environments * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Experience working in Agile environments# Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Adobe Target or Adobe Analytics * Experience with CDN tools like Akamai * Familiarity with search tools like Solr or Coveo * Experience with translation toolsApply LineQualified candidates are encouraged to apply with their updated resume at [email protected]
