Full job description

Patient Assessment and Care PlanningConducts initial patient assessments and obtains medical histories.Develops and implements individualized care plans.Monitors patient progress and adjusts care plans as needed.Medication AdministrationAdministers prescribed medications and treatments.Ensures proper dosage and compliance with treatment regimens.Monitors patients for adverse reactions and reports findings.Patient EducationEducates patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment options.Provides guidance on self-care techniques and preventive health measures.Conducts follow-up education sessions as needed.Clinical ProceduresPerforms minor medical procedures such as wound care and suture removal.Assists physicians with diagnostic tests and minor surgeries.Prepares and maintains sterile environments for procedures.Documentation and CoordinationDocuments patient care in electronic health records (EHR).Coordinates with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.Manages patient appointments and follow-up care
