Technical Team Lead, Console

LOCATION

Hydrolix | United States, Remote

Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Team Lead to join our team to work on our product console. Our Console is the user facing tool for a powerful and complex data platform that will be used by internal and external customers. This is an AI native team so experience using AI tools is a must. Experience with modern cloud infrastructure is also crucial to this job. Our engineering team provides great opportunities for professional growth, access to cutting-edge tools, collaboration with team members with deep expertise in the domain and long employee retention.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of ICs
Delegate tasks and guide priorities and execution
Own team delivery and achievement of objectives
Participate in design and architecture meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Contribute to codebase
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
Implement security best practices

Qualifications and Skills

Experience managing a team
Experience with using AI tools like claude code
Experience with Python and Django development
Experience with idp management (preferably Keycloak)
Experience with cloud platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Bonus Qualifications

Knowledge of message queuing systems
Experience with monitoring and logging tools
Contributions to open-source projects
