Job Description
Credit/Collections Representative - National Accounts
Seiko Watch of America is a wholly owned subsidiary of Seiko Group Corporation, which was established in 1881. As one of the few true "manufacturers" that design, develop and produce all components of watches, including the hairspring of its mechanical movements, the company offers a series of collections available worldwide that incorporate traditional Japanese design combined with the very best of watchmaking technology in the Seiko, Grand Seiko and Credor brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional and personal growth. This position, Credit/Collections Representative – National Accounts, is a critical part of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Review Credit Lines and Aging of Receivable for Canadian Business
Assist in the Review and reconciliation of all credit/collection issues related to national/independent larger field accounts.
Deduction management to include review of all deductions taken.
Match and verify against records to confirm credit entitlement and amounts; process involves heavy contact with customers and internal departments.
Release held orders and collect past due invoices.
Prepare, process and submit AR adjustments based on research and review of remittance advices and payment application.
Preliminary review and research of non-compliance issues. Submission of non-compliance form for detailed review and analysis.
Review accounts to assist with cash flow projections.
Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
3-5 years of experience handling large volume national accounts
Associate’s Degree desired
Word and Excel – Intermediate
Current, hands on NetSuite experience strongly needed to be productive in this role
Highly organized, number oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to negotiate
Hybrid work environment within office at Upper Saddle River, NJ location.
Range $60k-$66K, commensurate based on experience.
