The intern will gain exposure to day-to-day operations, develop key professional skills, and explore potential career paths. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities -Assist in maintaining and updating departmental databases, spreadsheets, and content management systems -Support the implementation and troubleshooting of office technology, software applications, and digital tools -Help create and update technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures -Perform data entry, validation, cleanup, and basic reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, or database tools -Aid in system testing, form development, and workflow automation projects using platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or institution-specific tools -Provide first-level technical support to staff and faculty, including software setup, printer troubleshooting, and login/access issues -Contribute to process improvement initiatives through research, analysis, and documentation -Collaborate with IT staff or business analysts on technology-driven projects or service requests -Present a final project or summary of learning to the team at the end of the internship.
