  • Present strategic narratives and recommendations to senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor for key clients, prospects, and new business efforts.

  • Champion the thoughtful use of AI and emerging capabilities to improve strategic development, creative processes, and agency effectiveness.

  • Build a repeatable strategy process that connects insight, planning, execution, measurement, and learning so strategy is embedded in day-to-day operations. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in senior marketing, brand strategy, business strategy, or agency leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated success developing brand positioning, marketing strategy, and growth-focused recommendations for complex organizations or clients.

  • Strong background in market research, consumer insights, competitive analysis, and translating findings into practical strategic direction.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into persuasive storytelling.

  • Experience collaborating across creative, media, account, analytics, and marketing teams in fast-paced environments.

  • Proven ability to mentor and develop talent while maintaining high standards, strong judgment, and a collaborative leadership style.
