Location: Northeast Iowa

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 Base + Commission

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Territory-Based

Specialized Recruiting Group has partnered with a local, family-owned agriculture company to find a District Sales Manager to oversee sales throughout Northeast Iowa. This position focuses on growing territory sales, developing relationships with farmers, and recruiting and supporting a network of independent seed representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth through prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with new and existing customers.
Manage and grow an assigned territory, increasing market share and customer retention.
Recruit, train, and support independent seed sales representatives.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet annual revenue and growth goals.
Work directly with growers to recommend seed products based on their farming needs.
Coordinate with internal teams on customer orders, product availability, and deliveries.

Qualifications

3+ years of seed sales experience preferred; candidates with a strong agricultural sales background will be considered.
Knowledge of corn, soybean, and alfalfa seed products.
Proven ability to generate new business and maintain customer relationships.
Self-motivated with strong prospecting and outside sales skills.
Ability to work independently and travel throughout the assigned territory.
Must reside within the assigned sales district.
