In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving a wide range of production equipment while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities - Perform routine, preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on production equipment - Troubleshoot equipment failures and respond with urgency to minimize downtime - Repair, replace, install, and modify machine components and systems - Maintain and calibrate electronic, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, equipment manuals, and work orders - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability - Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate spare parts inventory records - Communicate repair status, project updates, and equipment needs with plant personnel - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements and OSHA standards Qualifications Required - High School Diploma or equivalent - Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills - Experience using SAP CMMS or similar computerized maintenance management systems - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals - Knowledge of electrical systems, pipe fitting, and industrial mechanics - Experience working with:Pumps (diaphragm and centrifugal)Gearboxes, belts, chains, bearings, couplings, shafts, motors, and hydraulic systems480V three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and low-voltage circuitsAir compressor systems, including filters, regulators, dryers, and lubricators - Strong math aptitude and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred - Five (5) or more years of industrial maintenance experience - Technical school diploma or related technical training - PLC software experience Drug Screen and background check are mandatory if you are offered this position.
