Responsibilities: Awards Submission Management:

Coordinate physical entry submissions where required. Narrative & Written Entry Creation:
-
Draft award entry write-ups using campaign briefs, performance data, and creative case studies.
-
Adapt narratives to different award-show formats, questions, and word-count restrictions.
-
Partner with internal teams to strengthen submission positioning and storytelling. Asset & Agency Coordination:
-
Collect creative assets, case films, imagery, results data, and supporting materials from internal stakeholders and agency partners.
-
Track multiple asset versions and required cut-downs for different award programs.
-
Coordinate co-entry details, agency credits, and submission ownership to prevent duplicate entries or credit disputes. Rights & Compliance Coordination:
-
Facilitate rights-clearance workflows for talent, creators, music, footage, and other creative assets.
-
Track approvals and sign-offs while ensuring documentation is maintained appropriately. Budget & Payment Tracking:
-
Monitor award-entry budgets and fees.
-
Prepare payment requests, purchase orders, and invoice tracking documentation.
-
Track refund deadlines and submission-related expenses.
