Banner Health and Banner Medical Group (BMG) are actively recruiting a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our multi-specialty Cardiology practice in Greeley, CO

Minimum Qualification

Board Certification by the National Commission on Certification of NPs/PAs

AGACNP/ACNP or PA-C

Licensed in Colorado or eligible for licensure

Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance

1-year Cardiology APP experience required.

Current BLS, and ACLS

Practice Details:

Established practice

Full-time

Clinic/Inpatient | 10 hr. shifts (M-F 8-5; Option for 4 day work week)

No Holidays or Night Call

Annual Compensation -$127,500 - $152,500 (commensurate w/ experience).
