✔️ Monitor and assess patient status
✔️ Identify care priorities to ensure safe, quality nursing
✔️ Communicate changes in condition or new physician orders to the RN
✔️ Implement physician orders
✔️ Accurately document nursing care
If you have experience withtrachs or ventilators, additional compensation may be available for your expertise.
