Full job description
CNC Lathe Machinist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Elkhart Region. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include selecting appropriate tooling, loading materials, performing machine adjustments, and verifying dimensions using measuring instruments. The CNC Machinist will inspect finished parts for quality, troubleshoot issues with machinery or programs, and maintain a clean and safe work area. Collaboration with supervisors, programmers, and quality personnel to optimize machining processes and meet production schedules is also expected.
