Brief Job Description

We are hiring an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations, including onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and general HR support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities

• Maintain employee files and HRIS records

• Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries

• Support payroll changes and HR compliance documentation

• Schedule interviews and assist with recruiting logistics

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years of HR, administrative, or coordinator experience

• Knowledge of HR practices and confidentiality standards

• Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
