POSITION DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Youth Navigator -- Full time DEPARTMENT: Juvenile Resource Center EMPLOYER: Clinton County Juvenile Court SUPERVISOR: Programming Manager JOB DUTIES The Youth Navigator, under the direct supervision of the Resource Center Programming Manager, will be responsible for the following duties: - Conduct initial assessments and screenings as required - Identify family/youth needs and/or barriers and make connections with appropriate providers - Facilitate programming for youth - Supervise youth within the Resource Center - Transport youth as necessary - Community outreach - Maintain communication with youth/families until needs are met and closed from program - Other duties as assigned by supervisor QUALIFICATIONS []{sty=""}
