Job Description

EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

8-10+ years of experience in professional soccer; MLS experience strongly preferred.

Direct experience managing team operations, travel, logistics, and player administration.

Strong working knowledge of MLS rules, roster mechanisms, and the CBA preferred.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and remain calm under pressure.

Clear, effective communicator with strong organizational skills.

Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel as required.

Travel 30-40%
