  • Gather and share consumer, market, and competitive intelligence to help shape and refine brand strategy.

  • Drive disciplined budget management and effective resource allocation to maximize business impact.

  • Deliver portfolio and brand performance objectives across the cluster, driving sustainable business results.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 6+ years of progressive marketing experience within the beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

  • Demonstrated success building cross-functional relationships and strategic partnerships across all levels of the organization, including field teams, distributors, agencies, brand teams, and senior leaders.

  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams while driving collaboration in a multicultural environment.

  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, allocating resources, analyzing performance, and making sound business decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while driving cross-functional alignment and results.

  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, independent judgment, accountability, and a strong passion for delivering results.
