Account Manager (AM) supporting a strategic Artificial Intelligence program for the Intelligence Community. The AM leads a cross-functional team of AWS professionals spanning Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Support, and Professional Services to deliver cloud computing and AI solutions to mission-critical national security customers. This role requires a balance of technical leadership with senior executives, deep expertise in Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence, and the ability to translate complex mission requirements into scalable cloud-native solutions. The AM drives strategic account growth, manages the full customer lifecycle, and serves as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate the unique procurement and security requirements of the Intelligence Community.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance.

Key job responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional AWS team—including Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Enterprise Support—to deliver integrated, mission-focused solutions. Translate complex IC requirements into scalable cloud-native and AI-driven architectures that meet stringent security and compliance standards. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with program managers, technical directors, and contracting officers through regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions. Drive revenue growth by managing a robust pipeline across AI, cloud migration, and mission modernization, while navigating IC-specific procurement vehicles such as IDIQs, task orders, and OTAs. Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and proposals. Track key account metrics including revenue attainment, pipeline health, and customer adoption, ensuring accurate forecasting and SFDC hygiene. Contribute to organizational best practices by documenting strategic frameworks for IC account management.
