Are you an experienced Injection Molding Technician, Process Technician, or Mold Setter looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a hands-on professional to help keep our high-volume plastic injection molding operation running efficiently while driving quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll troubleshoot equipment, optimize molding processes, support production teams, and work with advanced automation technology to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

🔧 Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and process-related issues

🔧 Set up, adjust, and optimize injection molding machines for maximum performance

🔧 Perform mold changes, machine setups, repairs, and preventative maintenance

🔧 Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective actions

🔧 Monitor and improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency

🔧 Support and train production operators on equipment and troubleshooting

🔧 Work with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to improve processes

🔧 Use measuring and inspection tools to ensure products meet specifications

What We're Looking For

Experience with plastic injection molding in a manufacturing environment

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience with machine setup, mold changes, and process optimization

Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems

Ability to read, understand, and adjust machine parameters

Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Husky injection molding machines

Experience with PET preforms and high-cavitation molds

Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Experience working in fast-paced, automated manufacturing environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
