Job Description
A client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their offshore team in Pune, India. This role focuses on accelerating the adoption of AI-driven development practices across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), enhancing engineering productivity, and driving modernization through proven software engineering principles. This developer will be part of an enabling team, working closely with stream-aligned or product development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development

Strong experience in Cloud Development (Azure/AWS/GCP preferred)

Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve development productivity (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)

Proficiency with modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Agile)

Experience with event-driven systems such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus

Strong experience in containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes - K8s)

Experience building and deploying microservices architectures

Expertise in pipeline automation and DevOps practices

Solid understanding and implementation of unit testing frameworks
