Full job description

About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world's leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We've grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we're building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The Opportunity

As Senior Director, Sales Operations, you decide where our US sales teams focus and how they work. You build the ideal customer profiles (ICPs), segmentation, and target account strategy that drive net-new business, and you run the planning, reporting, and tools behind our sales organisation. You report to our Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with sales leaders across Enterprise, Performance, and Curation.

You will also act as a chief-of-staff-style partner across the CRO’s entire organization, spanning direct sales, marketplace, business development, account management, and commercial teams. You’ll keep a constant eye on whether our revenue teams are productive, efficient, and effective, and you’ll ask where, why, and how we can improve.

What you'll do

  • Own ICP and customer segmentation across LoopMe’s US commercial teams, including Curation, agency, and direct business, and make sure sales coverage is aligned to the right customers.

  • Lead target account strategy, building prioritised account lists that drive net-new relationships for each sales team, and deliver target account projects such as top Curation prospects for Audience Extension, independent agencies by region, performance agencies, and direct customers.

  • Partner with the CRO and sales leaders to design territories, account coverage, and pipeline goals, and own sales targets and the bonus cycle with Finance.

  • Build reporting that tracks pipeline, account coverage, and progress against target accounts, along with the seller inputs that drive revenue, so we can hold teams accountable to their goals.

  • Drive sales planning and forecasting in partnership with Finance, using how revenue is tracking this quarter and next to ask where, why, and how we can improve.

  • Manage sales tools and CRM data quality so teams act on accurate account information, owning Salesforce and the revenue automation around it, and making sure sellers have the right tools, resources, and enablement.

  • Plan ahead for the commercial organization, partnering with Product to get products to market effectively and with Marketing on initiatives like regional events where we’re underperforming.

What you'll bring

Essential:

  • 8+ years in sales operations, business operations, or revenue strategy, ideally in ad tech or digital media.

  • Experience building ICPs, customer segmentation, and target account lists that sales teams actively use.

  • Strong knowledge of the US agency landscape — holding companies, independent agencies, and performance agencies — and of direct brand buying.

  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence working in CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) and third-party data sources.

  • Clear, direct communication and the ability to influence senior sales leaders.

  • Strong organizational skills and a chief-of-staff mindset. You’re comfortable sitting across many functions and turning a broad ask into a clear plan.

  • A forward-looking, strategic perspective, with the ability to articulate where the business is headed and what it takes to get there.

  • International exposure, with experience working across time zones and global teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with curation, audience extension, or programmatic supply products.

  • Experience with account intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Winmo.

  • Experience building regional territory plans across a national sales team.

What we offer

  • Hybrid working — Tues–Thurs in our Union Square office

  • Self-managed vacation (no maximum)

  • 1 month work-from-anywhere

  • Healthcare

  • 401k

  • Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays, Memorial Day through Labor Day)

  • LoopMe Gives Back

  • Learning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles
