- Monitor event transitions, room resets, and operational readiness throughout banquet service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across banquet spaces, storage areas, hallways, and back-of-house event operations.
- Coordinate closely with Banquets, Convention Services, Culinary, Stewarding, Engineering, and Operations teams to support seamless event execution.
- Ensure banquet equipment, setup tools, staging, carts, and operational supplies are maintained, organized, and safely operated.
- Respond quickly and professionally to operational changes, last-minute setup adjustments, and guest or client requests during events.
- Support training, onboarding, coaching, and operational development for banquet setup team members.
- Follow hotel operational procedures, safety standards, lifting guidelines, and event setup best practices at all times.
- Help foster a collaborative, energetic, and guest-focused culture aligned with Sonesta’s People People philosophy.
- Any other duties as assigned.
