Women in Finance Workshop:
Lincoln International invites high-performing, motivated undergraduate women interested in learning more about the financial services industry to apply for our Women in Finance Workshop.
We have designed a one-day program that will expose workshop attendees to the various opportunities available to them through a career in financial services, particularly investment banking. The agenda includes panel discussions with current female investment banking professionals, a Gravitas workshop designed to strengthen presentation skills, and opportunities to network with Lincoln International professionals of various levels. This program will serve as an event relevant to the 2028 summer internship recruiting cycle, so it will be a great opportunity to continue the conversation for junior year internships.

Lincoln’s Women in Finance Program is a one day program, which will take place on Thursday, November 19th, 2026 at Lincoln's Chicago Office

Desired Skills and Experience:

Current Sophomores in college or university

Preferred Finance, Accounting or Business Major

Minimum GPA of 3.5
