Responsibilities * Effectively interact with numerous VHB staff, clients, and consultants to advance projects in a timely manner * Perform engineering calculations * Perform site visits/field data collection * Assist with preliminary and final design plans * Assist with contract documents, including specifications * Completion of engineer's estimates * Prepare construction documentsSkills and Attributes * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to independently manager multiple tasks * Self-motivated with attention to detailQualifications * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Civil EngineeringThe hourly pay range for this position, located in New York, is $19 to $30. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on job-related factors, including geographic location, internal equity, experience, credentials, skills, education, work schedule, and other factors permitted by law. The posted hourly range reflects base pay only.
