Role Summary and Impact

This role is within The Goat Agency, a leading brand within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in helping global brands harness the power of social and creator-led content to deliver measurable impact. Recognised as a global leader in the space, we deliver award-winning campaigns in more than 70 countries. With over 650 social natives worldwide, we create ambitious influencer programmes from tactical activations to long-term partnerships, designed to drive awareness, engagement and conversions across the full marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for the day-to-day management of various influencer and social marketing campaigns.

  • Working on proposals for prospective clients by identifying the correct mechanic, influencers and creative for each brand and their target audience.

  • Attending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the Account Manager in client phone calls.

  • Taking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and campaigns are delivered.

  • Overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple influencer campaigns.

  • Reporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with the results.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience planning and executing Influencer campaigns.

  • Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.

  • Competent writing and communication skills.

  • Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure.

  • Understand Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements).
