Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work with active adults, athletes, professionals, and individuals seeking premium, individualized care designed around their goals and lifestyle.

What You'll Do

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver one-on-one physical therapy services in a concierge setting

  • Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques and manual therapy skills

  • Guide patients through progressive rehabilitation and performance-focused programming

  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, movement optimization, and long-term health

  • Collaborate with physicians, fitness professionals, and other healthcare providers as needed

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Build strong patient relationships through exceptional service and communication

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

  • Current Tennessee Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Strong clinical reasoning and orthopedic assessment skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or performance rehabilitation

  • Certifications or advanced training in Dry Needling, Sports Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy, Strength & Conditioning, Pelvic Health, or Performance Training

  • Experience working with active adults and athletes
