Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you!

We are seeking an experienced and driven AI&T (Assembly, Integration & Test) Program Manufacturing Project Manager to lead execution for the LM400 P224 Program. In this role, you will serve as the primary voice of AI&T across the entire program. You will manage cost, schedule, resources, and technical performance metrics while serving as the single point of contact for program and customer matters. If you excel at driving cross-functional coordination, managing earned value metrics, and mitigating risks in a fast-paced aerospace or technical manufacturing environment, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership & Voice: Act as the primary AI&T voice on the overall program; provide regular status updates to the Program Manager (PM) and escalate risks/decisions affecting schedule, cost, or performance.

  • Baseline & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain the AI&T cost baseline, technical performance metrics, and detailed schedules (including critical path) for the assigned LM400 Program; take responsibility for AI&T ERB and CCB impacts and inputs.

  • Financial & EV Performance: Monitor Earned Value (EV) metrics (BCWP, BCWS, ACWP) for AI&T, identify variances, initiate corrective actions, and report directly to the PM and senior leadership.

  • Resource Optimization: Quantify labor needs and collaborate with functional leaders to secure the right resources on time; coordinate across functional organizations to match provided resources to program schedules.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the single point of contact for all AI&T-related customer matters, ensuring a consistent message and managing expectations effectively.

  • Briefings & Factory Hosting: Prepare technical briefings, collect status decks, and manage milestone reviews; host program customer visits and walk-throughs at the LM400 factory.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify AI&T-specific cost and schedule risks, score and write them, and board them at the program ROMB as the primary owner of the risk.

Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of serving as a primary customer interface and presenting technical briefings to senior leadership.

  • Experience with standard program governance boards such as Engineering Review Boards (ERB), Configuration Control Boards (CCB), and Risk Opportunity Management Boards (ROMB).
