Full job description

Leads pipeline/opportunities, manages capture and bid proposals, collaborating across teams. Responsible for talent development, people management, bid-budget management (where set) and recruitment and retention. Collaborates across the Engine and Group with SLT ensuring adherence to best practice and governance to ensure work winning strategies are fully implemented to achieve the best possible outcome.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design Practice, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, plus 5 years progressive post graduate experience.
