Full job description

Description

  • Support recruiting efforts by coordinating job postings, managing applicant communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate tracking systems.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparation of materials, orientation scheduling, and follow-up support.

  • Participate in outreach events, job fairs, and community engagement activities to promote the organization.

  • Participate in the facilitation of employee engagement activities.

  • Partner with the HR Manager to strengthen workforce development, employee engagement, and community relations.

  • Provide administrative support to maintain accurate and organized records related to recruiting, training, attendance tracking and employee development.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation, calendar management, and internal communications.

  • Assist HR Manager with HR Projects.

  • Maintains safe and clean work environment, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office: Novice

  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skill: Intermediate

Education

Required

  • High School or GED or better

Licenses & Certifications

Preferred

  • SHRM-CP

Experience

Preferred

  • 2 years: Previous administrative experience, preferably in HR or recruiting support
