  • Valid State‑issued CDL Class A driver’s license and a clean MVR.

  • At least 21 years of age or older.

  • Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Able to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • End dump experience.

  • Must be able to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

  • Knowledgeable of, and accustomed to following, FMCSA regulations and properly maintaining and servicing their vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consistently at work and on time; willing to work weather permitting.

  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.

  • Meets productivity standards.

  • Observes safety and security procedures; uses equipment and materials properly.

CDL Drivers can expect a fast‑paced environment with frequent customer interaction and a strong emphasis on safety, punctuality, and professionalism. The work is outdoors and subject to weather conditions, requiring the use of PPE and adherence to DOT and company safety standards. Drivers will collaborate with dispatch, shop personnel, and supervisors to ensure efficient routing, timely deliveries, and proper vehicle maintenance.
