Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Employee Relations and Human Resources Business Partner. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of Employee Relations and HR Business Partner experience, with a proven track record conducting workplace investigations, managing sensitive employee matters, partnering with leaders, and driving HR initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting leaders as an HR Business Partner and Employee Relations professional
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters
  • Experience leading HR projects, talent management, compensation planning, promotions, organizational changes, and workforce planning
  • Experience analyzing HR/workforce data and presenting executive-ready recommendations
  • Experience partnering directly with business leaders on employee and organizational matters
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
