Business Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst for a leading financial services organization, Corporate One Federal Credit Union. This individual will partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather and analyze business requirements for member and employee-facing applications. The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading discovery sessions, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, and supporting Agile software delivery. This person will play a key role in backlog refinement, sprint planning, process improvement initiatives, and ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives and member outcomes. Salary range is 108-116,000.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of Agile Business Analyst experience. Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders. User story and acceptance criteria creation. Understanding of SDLC and application development. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Azure DevOps (or similar Agile tool). Software Development background. Financial services or credit union experience.
