Cycle Count Warehouse Support

Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organized, working with your hands, and making sure every detail is exactly where it belongs? We’re looking for a Cycle Count Warehouse Support Specialist to join a busy manufacturing environment in California!

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented warehouse professional who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys working with inventory, small components, and warehouse operations. You’ll play an important role in keeping materials organized, inventory records accurate, and daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Own inventory accuracy: Sort, organize, and stock small parts so materials are easy to find and inventory stays accurate.

• Keep materials moving: Break down palletized shipments and properly separate materials for storage and processing.

• Verify incoming materials: Compare carton labels, packing slips, and manifests to confirm item numbers, descriptions, and quantities.

• Maintain inventory records: Enter and update inventory information in Epicor to ensure system records match physical inventory.

• Perform cycle counts: Conduct routine inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and help research and resolve variances.

• Support warehouse operations: Assist with receiving, shipping, and other warehouse activities as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace: Keep materials properly stored and the work area safe and efficient.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, mailroom, shipping, logistics, or similar operational environments is preferred; retail experience will also be considered.

• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute for timely and accurate system entry.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work carefully around small parts and inventory records.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment on a regular basis.

• Able to lift and move materials as needed throughout the shift.

• Basic computer skills and confidence using inventory or warehouse systems such as Epicor are helpful.
