Full job description

Title: Accounts Payable/Accounts Recieveable Clerk

Location: Livermore, California (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6+ months (Possibility to extend)

Shift Time: 8am to 5pm

Pay Range : $28/hr to $32/hr (On W2)

We are looking for a “Accounts Payable/Accounts Recieveable Clerk “ to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volumes of invoices

  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy

  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts (3-way match)

  • Ensuring proper account coding

  • Managing invoice approval workflows

  • Qualifications :

  • Resolving payment disputes

  • Responding to vendor inquiries

  • Managing vendor master data

  • Requesting W-9s and other tax documentation

  • Maintaining positive supplier relationships

  • Great Plain Experience a PLUS.
