Chocolate Hand Dipper & Decorator - Full-Time ### Help Create the Chocolates Our Customers Love! For more than 112 years, Rosalind Candy Castle has been a family-owned tradition in Beaver County. As Beaver County's oldest candy store, we have proudly served the tri-state area since 1914. We take pride in creating exceptional confections using only the finest, freshest ingredients, with our candy centers made from scratch. We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Chocolate Hand Dipper & Decorator to join our artisan production team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with food, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in creating beautiful, high-quality products. ## What You'll Do 1. Hand-dip chocolates using traditional confectionery techniques 2. Decorate chocolates and candies with drizzles, toppings, patterns, and other finishing touches 3. Create consistently beautiful products while maintaining high quality standards 4. Follow established recipes, production procedures, and food-safety guidelines 5. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area 6. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products 7. Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship ## What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: 1. Detail-oriented with steady hands and good hand-eye coordination 2. Creative and enjoys hands-on, artistic work 3. Proud of their work and committed to producing quality products 4. Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn 5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment 6. Able to work independently while also being a team player Previous experience in food preparation, baking, chocolate, or confectionery is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right person! ## Position Details 1. Full-time, Monday-Friday 2. Some weekend shifts required during peak holiday seasons 3. Major holidays off, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Day 4. Hands-on work in a fun, family-run environment ## Requirements 1. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen 2. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements 3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 4.
