About the Role As a Consultant Senior, you will lead data conversion and implementation efforts for loan system transformations. You will work directly with financial institution clients to analyze, map, and transition loan portfolios into the IBS platform. This role combines deep loan operations knowledge with data analysis, solution design, and client advisory. Success is measured by accurate conversions, client readiness, and seamless system adoption. What You Will Be Doing Lead loan system conversion engagements, managing data mapping, validation, and implementation activities Analyze client loan portfolios, processes, and data structures to define conversion requirements Develop detailed data mapping and workflow documentation for accurate field-level transformations Conduct client workshops and interviews to gather requirements and align on operational processes Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure integrity and accuracy of conversions Coordinate and lead readiness reviews, ensuring clients are prepared for system transition and go-live Facilitate system training and guide clients through configuration, setup, and adoption Serve as primary liaison between clients and technical teams executing data transformations Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, risks, and deliverables are met Identify and resolve data, process, or system issues to...
