Director of Nursing

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote professional development and high performance
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve clinical outcomes
  • Manage staffing levels, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Ensure patient safety and satisfaction through continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory compliance and organizational needs
  • Stay current with healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices to inform departmental strategies

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Proven experience in nursing leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR)
