Full job description

The main purpose of the veterinary client experience representative is to provide excellent customer service both in person and on the phone. We are looking for a team player who enjoys interaction with both people and pets. You should be friendly, caring, and compassionate with great communication skills. You will be asked to answer/dial phones and assess the need for and scheduling appointments. You will greet clients and pets in a friendly manner to check in and check out when appointments are concluded. You should be friendly, caring, and compassionate with great communication skills. . You must have a valid driver's license. You must be dependable, reliable, competent.
