The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for assisting and supporting the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility. Walk-ins are welcome daily! Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) : - Valid Texas Nurse License. - Valid CPR Certification. - Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program. - Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention. - Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
